Max Müller founded “Westallgäuer Autoreisen (car travel)” with his wife Mathilde.
Max Müller, son of Franz Xaver Müller, takes over the company in the 2nd generation.
West Allgäuer Autoreisen was sold and focus was place on the forwarding business.
1973 to 1997
The railway station in Lindenberg is closed. We take over the DB general cargo shipments at Lindau-Reutin station and supply the companies in the western Allgäu region.
Max Müller dies at the age of 47, his wife Mathilde Müller takes over the business.
Walter Müller, son of Max Müller, joins the company. KRAFT FOODS hands over waste disposal operations at the Lindenberg plant to Max Müller Thousands of tonnes of cheese are transported via the Lindenberg railway station to the KRAFT logistics centres in Fallingbostel, Eschborn and Sprochhövel every month. Sustainability already achieved at the end of the 1970s.
Walter Müller, grandson of the company founder, took over the business and has ensured steady and sustainable growth. He opens the removals division.
The contract and warehouse logistics division is established.
Max Müller becomes a partner of DMS Deutsche Möbelspedition, the leading cooperation in furniture transport in Europe.
The first branch is opened in Lindau (Lake Constance)
Max Müller becomes a shareholder of DMS International in Bonn and continues to expand the international removals division.
The PROJECTS + SPECIAL TRANSPORTS is born – satellite payload carriers are transported from Friedrichshafen to the USA (Cape Canaveral) to NASA.
Max Müller takes over the distribution of general cargo in the whole of the Oberallgäu region and the district of Lindau on behalf of German Rail from Kempten station (= 2. branch office).
The business area personnel leasing is established.
Takeover of the logistics project HERO Marmelade and TRITOP – distribution throughout Germany from the new logistics centre in Waltenhofen near Kempten in the Allgäu.
The project forwarding division is expanded to include the service of trade fair transport.
